How to become a member To become a member of the De Montfort Mountaineering Club, you must first join the A.U (Athletic Union). It costs £20 to join the A.U. and this will then allow you to become a member of any club you wish. If you wish to join the Mountaineering Club, you pay the £20 fee to us, which will then be passed onto the A.U. If you are joining our club, and are already a member of another club. All you have to do is fill out an A.U form for us, and that is it. When you fill out the form, you will also need to provide us with 2 passport photographs (1 for your A.U. card and the other, for Union records).
